Meley Engineering Corporation provides engineering services with honesty, friendliness, and integrity.  Our company operates domestically, mainly in the northeastern part of the United States.  We strive to maintain current technology in the development of plans, drawings, specification, etc., for the clear and concise understanding by our customers.  We are financially strong and will attempt to further growth in the future through the continued use of our sound business practices.  We create an atmosphere of hardworking, optimistic employees, who are a vital part of Meley Engineering Corporation.  The customer's needs are always met to the best of our ability with friendliness and hard work.  We will act honestly and ethically at all times by following legal and company guidelines.  Our environmentally conscious business practices prove our concern for the environment and our state-wide community.
Engineers:

January L. Myers, Ph.D.,P.E. is the President and CEO. She is a graduate of Penn State University.  Her expertise is corrosion protection, storage tank and facility design, testing, steel and concrete design, and tank evaluation.  She is a registered professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  She is also a certified Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) Inspector for Aboveground Storage Tanks and an API 653 Aboveground Storage Tank Inspector.

Robert W. Meley, Ph.D.,P.E. is the founder of Meley Engineering Corporation and a graduate of Penn State University and Columbia Pacific University. He is a recognized expert in structural engineering, storage tank and facility design, testing, steel, concrete, and wood design, tank evaluation, and designs incorporating alternate forms of energy (solar power, wind power,etc.)  He is a registered professional engineer with many years of experience in structural engineering and teaching.  He is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  As a Storage Tank Engineer, Nondestructive Inspector, Expert in Structural, Architectural, and Civil Engineering, he is able to provide Tank Fabricators, Petroleum Distributors, Chemical Manufacturers, Refineries, and the Everyday House Builder with a solution to their complex engineering needs.
